Your whole team, in one shared workspace.
An agency is people covering for each other. Flowcove gives everyone the same board, the right level of access, and a way to hand work over that doesn't depend on who happens to be online.
- Invite teammates by email

Invite by email, see who hasn't joined
Send an invitation and it shows in your roster as pending until they accept, so you can tell the difference between someone who's on the team and someone who never opened the email.
Four roles, no permissions maze
Owner, manager, member and collaborator. Owners and managers change settings and invite people; members do the work; collaborators are outside people who see only the tasks assigned to them. Enough control to be safe, not so much that you need a diagram.
Work has an owner
Assign tasks to people so it's clear who's holding each thing. Combined with the board, that's the answer to 'what's actually in flight, and with whom?'
Nobody has to watch everything
People subscribe to the tasks that concern them and hear about those, in-app or by email. Quiet by default beats a firehose everyone learns to ignore.
Handovers survive a holiday
Because the comments, files and internal notes live on the task, picking up someone else's work doesn't start with a phone call. The history is on the work itself.
See how the team's doing
Your dashboard shows what's open, what's done and how your clients' work is tracking — for the agency and the people in it.
Pending invitations count toward roster limits — an invitation holds a seat from the moment you send it. A client you invite to the portal is not a member of your workspace and has no role in it. Portal access is separate and revocable per contact.
