These terms govern your use of Flowcove. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, opening a portal, or otherwise using Flowcove ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Flowcove on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Flowcove is a task-management workspace for agencies: task boards, sub-tasks, comments and internal notes, documents, file attachments, and team collaboration. It is free during early access. We may update, add, or remove features over time. There is no usage quota to cite today; if we add one, we will say so here first.
A client record is not a member of your workspace. If you invite a contact on that client, they can open a portal with a link emailed to them — no password to set, and no account to create. A client you have not invited never sees the workspace. Tasks you mark internal, and internal notes, stay off that portal.
Flowcove does not generate content with AI, and we do not use what you upload to train AI models.
You can also send your clients invoices from Flowcove and show them how to pay you. Flowcove delivers the invoice and records what you and your client report about it. It is not a party to the payment, never holds the money, and does not check that an invoice is correct or that the tax on it is right. What an invoice says, and whether it has been paid, is between you and your client.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By using Flowcove you confirm that. The Service is not offered where using it would be illegal.
4. Accounts
- You're responsible for your account, your team's activity, and keeping access to your account secure (sign-in links and any connected Google account). Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must provide accurate information.
- You're responsible for the team members you invite, and for the information you record about your clients.
- An invited portal contact is not a workspace member. They only see the work you choose to share, and they do not become part of your team. If you open a portal as a contact, these Terms apply to that use, and you are responsible for activity from the link sent to your email.
- One account belongs to one agency workspace.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Flowcove for anything illegal, or to store or transmit unlawful content — including content that exploits minors.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that you do not have the right to store.
- Attempt to breach security, access other agencies' data, scrape or automate access beyond normal use of the product, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source of the Service, except where the law does not allow us to forbid that.
- Resell the Service or offer it to third parties as your own.
- Upload malware.
We may investigate a suspected breach, suspend access, and take further action where the law allows.
6. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you and your team upload ("Client Content"), including the client information you record.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for the retention period in the Privacy Policy, or that law requires.
- You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and you warrant that storing it on Flowcove does not violate someone else's rights or the law.
7. Third-party services
The Service runs on other companies' infrastructure. The Privacy Policy lists them. If you choose Google sign-in, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in. We are not responsible for a third-party service we do not control.
Fonepay is not connected today. If paid plans use it, that processor's terms will apply to the payment, and we will update the Privacy Policy before that happens.
8. Plans and payment
Flowcove is free to use during early access. There is currently no way to pay us — no payment integration exists in the product, and no payment method is stored. Nothing on this page obliges you to pay anything today.
When paid plans arrive, this is the intended model, and we'll give you notice before it takes effect:
- Paid plans will be prepaid for a fixed period of [1 / 3 / 12] months, in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
- Payment will be taken by dynamic QR through Fonepay, scanned with your own bank app or wallet. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method — nothing is ever charged without you actively paying again.
- If you don't renew, your workspace moves to [the free plan / read-only — decide; different data implications] at the end of the paid period.
- Fees are [non-refundable except where required by law / refund policy].
- We may change pricing with [30] days' notice. A price change never affects a period you've already paid for.
- [Taxes: VAT/registration position in Nepal — accountant]
9. Availability
While Flowcove is free, it is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular response time, or that a feature will stay. We may rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features. There is no service credit and no uptime commitment today.
10. Intellectual property
We own the Flowcove name, logo, website, source code, and the design of the Service. These Terms do not give you a licence to copy that, or to use our marks, except as needed to use the product. Your Client Content stays yours, as section 6 says.
11. Cancellation & termination
- While the Service is free, you can stop using it at any time. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews on its own.
- When paid plans exist: because they are prepaid with no auto-renewal, you simply don't renew. Access to the paid period continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including content ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — do survive.
- On termination, you may export your data within [30] days, after which it may be deleted.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowcove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. While the Service is free, that amount may be zero, to the extent the law allows.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the limits above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify Flowcove against claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your Client Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights or of applicable law. This includes claims brought because of information you recorded about a client, or content a portal contact uploaded on your invitation.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts of [Kathmandu / jurisdiction].
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we'll notify you — by email or in the product — before they take effect. Continued use after the new date means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the Service.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms: ayushshah447@gmail.com. We aim to reply within [response time].
Copyright complaints: email the same address with a description of the work, where it appears in Flowcove, and how to reach you. We have not registered a formal DMCA designated agent.
