Questions, answered.

Sign up and you'll be walked through creating your agency and naming it. There's nothing to install and no developer needed — you'll have a workspace in a couple of minutes.

Add your first client, put one real piece of work on the board as a task, then invite a teammate. The checklist in your dashboard tracks those three and ticks them off as you actually do them.

The dashboard works in a mobile browser. There's no native mobile app today.

A record for each business you do work for, holding that client's tasks and documents. How many you can have depends on your plan.

Only if you choose to invite them. Flowcove has a client portal, but it is off for every client until you add someone as a contact on that client record — nothing is visible to anyone outside your team before you do that. A contact signs in with an emailed link — no password, no account. Each contact sees the work for their own client record and nothing else.

Yes — open the document and create a share link. A share link is a secret URL for one document: no login, read-only, and you can revoke it. Anyone who has the link can read that document.

Both live on the task. Marking a note internal keeps candid team discussion in its own lane rather than mixed into the running commentary on the work. Internal notes can also carry their own due dates.

Yes — choose your own columns in your workflow settings, and add custom properties to tasks for the fields your agency actually tracks.

Yes. Files attach to the task they belong to. Total file storage is capped per plan.

Every task keeps its own activity timeline — status changes and reassignments are recorded as they happen.

Invite them by email from team settings. They'll show as pending in your roster until they accept.

Owner, manager, member and collaborator. Owners and managers change settings and invite people; members do the work; collaborators are outside people who see only the tasks assigned to them.

Yes. Pending invitations count toward roster limits — an invitation holds a seat from the moment you send it. If you're at your limit, cancel a stale invitation to free one up.

Nothing. Flowcove is free during early access — no card, no invoice, nothing to pay today. When pricing lands, we'll tell you first.

During early access, founding agencies get generous limits — 20 team members, unlimited clients, and 100 GB of storage. If you hit a cap, get in touch and we'll work it out. Nothing you've already created is deleted.

We can't. Flowcove stores no payment method. When billing does arrive it'll be a Fonepay QR you scan yourself for a fixed period — nothing renews on its own.

Not today. Fonepay is domestic. If that's a problem for you, tell us — it's useful for us to know.

Yes. Upload the invoice PDF your accounting software already produces, add the amount and a due date if you want them tracked, and send it to a client from Flowcove. A sent invoice is never deleted, only voided, so the record that it was raised survives.

Sending emails the invoice to your client's portal contacts, with a secure link to view and download it, and it appears in their portal next to their work. You can switch invoice emails off in your portal settings; the invoice still shows in the portal.

However you already get paid. In your payment settings you upload the QR your clients scan and record your bank details and PAN; your client sees them in their portal next to the invoice. When your client has paid, they say so from their portal, and you confirm it once the money has arrived. Until you confirm, the invoice stays unpaid. Your client pays you directly. Flowcove never holds the money, takes no cut of it, and is not a party to the payment.

No. Your client pays you directly. Flowcove never holds the money, takes no cut of it, and is not a party to the payment. There is no payment processing in Flowcove — no gateway, no balance, and no account of yours that we could deduct from.
