Agency management software for the way agencies actually work.
Flowcove is agency management software for digital and creative agencies: tasks, clients, documents and a client portal in one workspace, so every client's work has one place to live and one place to be seen.
What agency management software has to solve
An agency does not run one project. It runs a dozen at once, each for a different client with its own files, its own half-finished list and its own way of asking where things stand. Software built for a single product team assumes one backlog; an agency needs the client to be the first thing everything is filed under.
Without that, the work scatters. The brief sits in email, the board in one tool, the files in a drive, and the decision in a chat thread nobody can find two months later. Agency management software earns its place by putting those back together around the client.
What is in the workspace
Tasks on a board you shape
Every job is a task with an owner, subtasks, comments and files attached. The workflow statuses are yours to name and rename, and the board updates live for everyone on it.
A client portal
Each client gets their own view of the work that is theirs. A contact signs in with an emailed link — no password, no account. Internal work stays internal.
Documents next to the work
Briefs, brand notes and decisions live in documents filed under the client they belong to, and one can be shared by a revocable link without opening anything else.
Templates
Publish a project you have run well once as a template, and start the next one from it instead of from a copy of last quarter.
Your team, with real roles
Owner, manager, member and collaborator, with access enforced in the database. Each agency's data is separated at the database, not merely filtered in the app.
What Flowcove does not do
Much of what gets called agency management software is really operations finance: timesheets, resource scheduling, estimates against budgets and profitability per client. Flowcove has none of that. There is no time tracking and no capacity planning, and it will not tell you whether a retainer made money.
If that is the problem you are solving, a tool built around hours will serve you better. If the problem is that client work is spread across five places and every client asks where things stand, that is what this is for.
Questions
- What is agency management software?
- Software that runs an agency's client work in one place: what is being done, for which client, by whom, and where each job stands. Tools in this category differ mostly in how far they reach — from project boards and client access through to timesheets, resourcing and profitability.
- What kind of agency is Flowcove for?
- Small digital, creative and marketing agencies running several clients at once, where the hard part is keeping each client's work, files and conversation straight — not billing hours against a budget.
- Does my client need an account?
- No. A contact signs in with an emailed link — no password, no account. Each contact sees the work for their own client record and nothing else.
- Can we bring our existing work in?
- Yes. Clients, contacts and tasks import from a CSV with a preview and an editable column mapping, and an import can be undone. Exports from Trello and Asana import as CSVs; neither is a live integration.
- Who on my team can do what?
- There are four roles — owner, manager, member and collaborator. Owners and managers change settings and invite people; members do the work; collaborators are outside people who see only the tasks assigned to them.
- What does it cost?
- Flowcove is free during early access. No card is required and nothing auto-renews.
