Agencies deserve better tools.

One workspace for every client's work, built for the way agencies actually run.

Most software for managing client work was built for software teams. It assumes sprints, backlogs and a product that ships. Agencies don't work like that — they juggle a dozen clients at once, each with their own half-finished list, their own context, and their own way of being kept happy.

So agencies end up stitching things together. The brief in email, the board in one tool, the files in a drive, the actual decision buried in a WhatsApp thread nobody can find two months later. It works until you take on another client, and then it doesn't.

Flowcove is one workspace for the whole thing. Every client's work on one board, with the files, the comments and the internal notes attached to the task they belong to — so the context is still there when you come back to it. Clients who need a live view of their own work use the client portal.

What Flowcove isn't

We're deliberately not trying to be everything. We'd rather do the part you live in every day properly than do six things adequately.

No payment processing

Flowcove writes the invoice and shows your client how to pay you. The payment itself happens between the two of you — no gateway, no balance, no cut. Your accountant keeps their opinions.

No CRM bolted on

Pipelines, deal stages and lead scoring belong to a tool built for selling. This one is built for delivering.

No white-label reskin

Your clients see a clean portal with their work in it. They don't need to believe you wrote the software.

Who's building it

I started Flowcove because agency work kept getting stuffed into tools made for software teams. Sprints and backlogs. The wrong shape. I wanted the tab you open in the morning and leave open all day: one board for every task, with the files and the decisions still on the work.

I build it alone in Nepal. It's early and small. When you email ayushshah447@gmail.com, you reach the person who wrote the code.

Being early is the trade. Plenty of things aren't there yet, and what ships next comes from what agencies ask for, not from what demos well. In exchange: free during early access, replies from me, fixes in days instead of quarters.

Narrow on purpose. Not a suite. If Flowcove ever starts doing CRM badly, something has gone wrong.
